Association "Baikariya"

Association "Baikariya" is a non-governmental organization established with the mission to promote and develop mountain biking in Bulgaria. The organization unites enthusiasts, professionals and amateurs who share the passion for bicycles and active lifestyle in nature.

Mission

The main goal of Baikaria is to create better conditions for cycling and to establish Bulgaria as a leading mountain biking destination. This includes:

• Infrastructure development - bike paths, trails and bike parks.
• Organizing events, competitions and training for cyclists of all levels.
• Establish sustainable practices for the use of natural resources.
• Promoting a healthy and active lifestyle through cycling.

Activities

"Baikaria is actively working in several key areas:

• Design and construction of routes: We create and maintain safe and attractive mountain biking trails.
• Organizing events: We hold cycling competitions, festivals and initiatives to promote the sport.
• Training: We run courses and workshops to improve the skills of cyclists.
• Collaboration: We work with municipalities, state institutions and other organizations to develop the cycling network in Bulgaria.
